Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
1 1/2 cup chickpeas made from scratch or 1 can of chickpeas
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp each of salt, ground cumin and paprika.

Directions:
1. Place tahini, lemon 🍋 juice and garlic in a food processor and mix until creamy texture.
2. Stop food processor and add the chickpeas and red peppers, spices and process.
3. On slow speed slowly add olive oil and process until desired texture is reached.
Serve with your favourite veggies!!
