Golden Milk Recipe

Being inside for so many days and what to do!!!
I’m posting this recipe again last time I posted this was back in October.
This wonderful drink can help boost our body at this time!!

Recipe:

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 cup hot water
1 ½ tsp turmeric, ground
¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
½ tsp honey
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
2. Warm over medium heat, whisking frequently.
3. Heat until hot, but not boiling

Serve and enjoy!!!

Turmeric’s "active ingredient" is curcumin. It is a health booster with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cancer-fighting properties. This is great news for people who suffer from chronic inflammation
