A Bit About me…

I’m Sunita Mohan, a Homeopathic Doctor, Metabolic Balance® Coach, Holistic Nutritionist and co-author of family cookbook, “Feed Me...I’m Hungry”.

For years, I suffered from migraine headaches. I tried allopathic medicine, but only found temporary relief from the pain. I found a homeopathic doctor who gave me his remedies and I started to feel a bit better.

Finally I changed my diet and lifestyle and got my energy back. I haven't had a migraine in over 10 years. This great healing is what made me decide to study nutrition and homeopathy. I'm dedicated to helping clients like you reach their optimum health and nutrition goals

I studied homeopathy in 2001 and nutrition in 2003 and I co-authored a family cookbook in 2007 and began my health journey. My family immigrated to Canada in 1969 and adapted the North American food culture right away, which was convenient and fast. In my 20s and 30s I followed my family's food habits and started to see symptoms in my body like inflammation, hormone imbalance, migraine headaches and digestive disorders.  

Homeopathy and nutrition helped me eat better, cook more at home and focus on fresh fruits and vegetables. My symptoms improved and I wanted to spread my knowledge and help other people with similar ailments.  

I started my own TV show called “Health Matters” on Rogers and Omni from 2005 to 2015. On one of my segments, Vera from Metabolic Balance® Canada came on the show to share healthy tips on weight loss and balanced meals. I learned a lot from that segment and realized there is more that I need to do for my health. I was so impressed that I wanted to know more about Metabolic Balance®, so I went on the meal plan and became a coach.
