3 Sessions
Session 1
FULL ASSESSMENT (90 minutes)
The first session of your personalized wellness consultation with me will include a full assessment of your current lifestyle and detailed discussion about your medical history. During this session I will get a complete picture of your background and life story which will include your family history, current health concerns, chronic symptoms, sources of stress, psychological state, emotional state, dietary habits, previous programs you have tried, and exercise and lifestyle habits.
Session 2
RECIPES & COOKING Class (90 minutes)
Following the initial consultation, I will create ten personalized healthy recipes specific to your needs, a one-to-one cooking class walking you through the ten recipes.
Session 3
FOLLOW UP ASSESSMENT (60 minutes)
The third session is a follow up assessment after the recipes have been incorporated into your daily meals.
