Sprouts & Cilantro Dish

Here is what I made with the sprouts!! It’s a protein we recommend on our metabolic balance individual meal plans!! 😊 It’s an easy recipe.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
Single serving
Sautée 1/4 of an onion (chopped) in ghee
Then I added 1/2 a tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
120 g of sprouts
Added salt, turmeric, ground red chilli powder


Preparation:
Cook all together for 2-3 minutes. Just before serving a small splash of lemon juice. Serve with rye toast.
