Overnight Oats
Great recipe for busy mornings. Make the night before, can be eaten warm or cold.

Overnight Oats
Prep Time: 5-10 min
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
30 g Gluten free oats
¾ cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
½ cup Blueberries
1 tsp Maple syrup
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
In a mason jar add the ingredients (except blueberries) and mix, add blueberries last on top of the mixture, and store in the fridge overnight.
Next morning grab and go. Eat it warm or cold.
