Homemade Almond Milk Smoothie

Morning smoothie made from homemade almond milk.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
2 cups water
Your favourite fruit, cereal, oatmeal or granola


Directions:
1 cup almonds soaked over night
In the morning peel skin off the almonds and place in blender (Vitamix) with 2 cups water.
Blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Your almond milk is ready. Mix with your favourite fruit (strawberries) or pour over cereal, oatmeal or granola.
