Avocado and Cherry Tomato Salad
For non-veg options, replace the nuts and seeds with a serving of chicken, shrimp or tofu.

Ingredients:
½ Avocado cut into cubes
¼ cup Cherry tomatoes
¼ cup Green and black olives
¼ cup Cucumber cut into small cubes
1/3 cup Almonds
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Raspberries (optional)
Dressing:
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and add the dressing and enjoy. Add salt and pepper if desired, add raspberries at the end.
